- Gian Stewart, Chef de Partie at Sandals Royal Plantation - Beef; Gold Medal
- Silvario Marrone, Executive Chef at Your Jamaican Villas - Chef of the Year; Silver Medal
- Alberto Atiles, Executive Sous Chef at Sandals Grande Riviera Beach & Villa Golf Resort - Seafood; Bronze Medal
