Hot off of the latest series of Lifetime®'s Britain's Next Top Model, internationally renowned make-up artists Lee Pycroft and Katy Nixon joined us back in March for The Holiday Make-up Q&A, giving us the low-down on all their best hints and tips for looking gorgeous in the Caribbean heat.

Introducing Lee Pycroft...

Head Make-Up Artist on Lifetime®'s Britain’s Next Top Model, Owner of MY-Makeover Wellbeing Events, and international make-up artist, Lee is one of the most established names in the industry.  With a client list including A-list celebrities such as Anne Hathaway, Elle Macpherson, Liv Tyler and Jessica Biel, her editorial work regularly extends to Glamour, Tatler and Marie Claire.  She is an established brand ambassador and informer, having worked with the world’s largest cosmetic houses to present and deliver trends, information and looks to beauty press and key opinion formers.  Her TV work has extended to slots on QVC through to heading up the make-up team for Britain's Next Top Model. Most recently Lee set up MY-Makeover Wellbeing Events. Passionate about physical and emotional resilience, Lee and her team teach how to use makeup and other treatments as a form of self-care to help boost self-esteem and restore a feeling of wellbeing. Currently, My-Makeover works alongside six leading charities.

Introducing Katy Nixon...

As a freelancer and Senior Make-up Artist on Lifetime®'s Britain’s Next Top Model, Katy is one of today's most sought after make-up artists with a line-up of celebrity clientele including Mary Quant, Kanye West, Dame Shirley Bassey and Victoria’s Secret Model, Iza Goulart to name a few. Katy has recently directed Catwalk shows and photo-shoots for Louis Vuitton and Moschino and some of her editorial clients include Harper’s Bazaar, Good Housekeeping and Stella Magazine. Katy has also represented some of the world’s biggest beauty brands such as Mac, Bobbi Brown and Laura Mercier as part of their global beauty teams. Based in London, her work sees her travelling across the globe for events such as The Oscars and most recently for Britain’s Next Top Model. She now also enjoys dedicating her free time to working with charity's being a brand ambassador for My-Makeover, which was founded by Lee Pycroft.

Lee Pycroft and Katy Nixon team up with Sandals...

Lee and Katy’s involvement with hit TV show Britain’s Next Top Model on Lifetime® took them out to exotic Jamaica for the finals stages of filming. As Sandals Resorts was the official location host for the show, Lee and Katy were lucky enough to stay at Sandals Ochi Beach Resort for the duration of the shoot, during which, they had to draw on their expert skills and knowledge to apply make-up looks that could withstand the tropical environment under the heat of the Caribbean sun.
