In attendance was His Excellency, High Commissioner of Jamaica, Seth George Ramocan, The Honourable Minister of Tourism for Jamaica, Edmund Bartlett and Director of Tourism for Jamaica, Donovan White. Heidi Clarke, Executive Director of the Sandals Foundation, and Karen Zacca, Project Manager of the Sandals Foundation, both travelled from Jamaica to attend the event.

Guests were asked to make a donation to the Sandals Foundation, to be in with the chance to with a seven-night Luxury Included (all-inclusive) stay at Sandals Ochi Beach Resort, Jamaica, with return flights provided by British Airways. Thanks to generous donations, the Sandals Foundation raised a grand total of £2,475 throughout the evening with a further £1,000 generously donated by the Jamaican Tourist Board.
