Earl Cummings, an 18 year Sandals veteran, proudly took home the Ultimate Team Member Award at this year’s annual staff awards. Recognized for his efforts and invaluable service, Cummings’ impressive work in the maintenance department at Sandals Royal Caribbean caught the eye of his team members and resulted in the enviable prize package: the coveted Ultimate Team Member trophy, a luxury-included trip for two outside his home country complete with VIP airport transfers, champagne service, an exclusive private jet round-trip transfer to the destination of choice, a host of VIP resort experiences and a cash prize of $2,500.00.   

A beaming and humble Cummings expressed that he wished the award could be shared among all his fellow nominees. “I’m overwhelmed right now. I wish everyone could have gotten a piece of it. We are all one family and we are all deserving of it. I hope everyone can get an opportunity to have such an experience because it is awesome!” he shared in response to the honor.
